1. Noesis operate under the terms of RHA Conditions Of Carriage (2009) or CMR Convention and all parties involved agree to be bound by these conditions (as applicable).
2. Credit limit and payment terms are fundamental to the contract and failure to comply may result in suspension of your account and/or action may be taken for recovery of any overdue amounts.
3. All rates are subject to no less than a minimum annual review and will be increased in accordance with the rise in the cost of operations.
4. The rates exclude cost of demurrage due to delays where Noesis is not at fault.
5. The rates are subject to a fuel escalator. Base rate will be advised at time of account setup.
6. All invoices are payable without deduction unless the prior written consent of Noesis has been received including, without exception, deduction for credits or claims not yet agreed.
7. Noesis reserve the right to charge interest at 4% above the base rate at Royal Bank of Scotland for any unpaid amounts that have not been paid within the terms as specified at account setup.
8. Noesis will take a credit reference to support this application and may repeat such credit checks at any time while the account remains open or unpaid.
9. The account will be subject to a credit limit that may be revised at any time at the sole discretion of Noesis group of companies and you agree to make any payments necessary to keep the account within the credit limit applying from time to time irrespective of the due date of the invoices.
